Italian porcelain stoneware tiling is used extensively throughout the development. Stylish yet functional, the tiles are perfectly suited to the sophisticated urban lifestyle of residents. Strict quality controls also mean that every tile is produced in line with the highest international production standards. There are a number of advantages of using porcelain stoneware. It is remarkably resilient, resistant to wear and tear, easy to clean and maintain, and able to tolerate sudden temperature shifts. It is also greener than many alternatives, with a lower environmental impact. Wood and marble effect porcelain stoneware tiles are used in both the living and dining rooms, in a range of sizes, colours and shades. The slightly rough surface texture and simulated grain of the faux-wood tiles lends the apartments warmth and a sense of being connected to the natural world.

It’s a smooth, uncluttered look that’s balanced by the larger, visually striking, marble-effect tiles. Highly polished, these reflective tiles are a work of art in their own right. They are designed to convey elegance and class, with subtle nuances of colour and intricate veining patterns inspired by Europe’s most renowned quarries. No detail has been overlooked. The window sills and thresholds of the external sliding doors are fashioned from actual Italian marble, a polished, dark-grey stone which adds a further touch of class to the interior styling.

The installation of all flooring across the development is now 90% complete.
